Although, I need to note that no, no pre-order availability via Kindle. After working several days with KDP on the issues, we were able to get my book back UP onto the bookshelf dashboard.
The scheduling issues was still present with the paperback, and now showing for the Kindle version. Lots of back and forth with the rep handling my ticket and their superiors, and the only solution that they were able to come up with was the ‘publish now’ option on the planned day of release.
Which means: No Kindle pre-order.
Never fear, I know that readers utilize multiple platforms sometimes, and some just plain old don’t use Kindle. Hence why I opted to publish “wide” for even eBooks.
